Gauge

10cm / 4” = 22 stitches x 31 rows (blocked) in Stockinette stitch worked flat and in the round on main needles.

Materials

Suggested Yarn:

  • Any sports/light DK weight yarn that contained cotton/linen with some acrylic blend that matched gauge. Sample was made with recycled yarn in 100% cotton. Other suggestions are Hempathy by Elsebeth Lavold (50g/153yds), Granville by Valley Yarns (50g/167yds)

Note: some yarns stretch over time, carefully swatch your gauge as the final product might grow after some wears.

  • Yardage required:

Suggested Needles

  • Main: 2 separate pairs of 3.75mm (100cm) / US5 (40”) circular needles, or the required needles to obtain gauge. (Note: second pair is optional)

  • Ribbing: 3.5mm (80cm) / US 4 (32”) circular needles or 1 size down from main needles.
